Texas born and raised, Ryan Stone brings 25 years of radio experience and a lifelong love of Texas Country music to the airwaves. Along the way, many of the artists you hear on the station have become his friends, adding a personal connection to the music he shares every day. Find him having fun on the Morning Show with Tracy and also on the “Texas Backroads”, Saturdays from 5p-Midnight.

Tracy Downey is the co-host of The KSAM Wake-Up Morning Show.  Tracy reports the Nitty Gritty from Music City, daily country and entertainment news at 6:50 am, 12:50 pm, and 5:50 pm.  Tracy is a 49er fan and has had a stern talking to.  She has a strange obsession  with mushrooms and fake meat.

Larry Crippen is a staple in Southeast Texas news.  The long-time Journalist and News Director of 101.7 KSAM can be heard daily during the Wake-Up Morning Show with local news updates at 6:35am, 7:00am, 7:35am, and 8:00am.  He like peanut butter sandwiches and long walks on the beach…

Carlos Zimmermann is the Voice of the Huntsville Hornets and the Sam Houston Bearkats.  You can hear his daily Sports Report during the KSAM Wake-Up Morning Show at 7:50am.  He hopes to be adopted by DeMeco Ryans, he doesn’t like grits, and his spirit animal is the Andes Chinchilla.  He is — the Z Man!

Paul Trambley is KSAM’s Chief Meteorologist.  You can count on Paul to keep you updated throughout the day.  He stares at the sky – all – day.
