Community Impact reports that at their July 9th meeting Montgomery County Commissioners will be discussing the property tax exemptions for 2026, the county’s bond program for 2025 and the design services for a Montgomery County Justice Center.
As an agenda item, commissioners will be taking a look at taking action on county ad valorem exemptions for the 2026 tax year. The item covers 65 and older, homestead and disabled exemptions.
