HUNTSVILLE, TX — July 1, 2026 — 101.7 KSAM and PlayFly Sports Properties, LLC are proud to announce a new three-year radio affiliate agreement making KSAM the exclusive terrestrial broadcast home of Texas A&M Athletics in the Huntsville market through June 30, 2029.
Under the agreement, 101.7 KSAM will carry live, full-broadcast coverage of Texas A&M football beginning this fall, with the Aggies’ season opener against Missouri State on Saturday, September 5 at 6:00 PM. The 2026 schedule features a full slate of 12 regular-season games, including marquee SEC matchups against LSU, Alabama, Tennessee, and the highly anticipated home showdown with Texas on November 27.
Each football broadcast on KSAM will include the 12th Man Tailgate Show, a 2-hour pre-game show, live play-by-play coverage with halftime programming, and a 60-minute post-game show — giving Aggie fans in the Huntsville area wall-to-wall coverage on game day.
101.7 KSAM has been officially designated as “Huntsville’s home of Texas A&M Football and the Texas A&M Sports Network.”
