At the last session of the Huntsville City Council, Mayor Russell Humphrey read a proclamation declaring the month of April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
Mayor Humphrey was joined at the podium by SAAFE House Executive Director Tracy Stoudt who accepted the proclamation.
