Looking at Huntsville Police news over the past couple of days:
On Friday, a case of stalking was investigated in the 200 block of I-45 South where a known suspect was making contact with the victim. Three thefts were reported: one in the 100 block of I-45 South where a tailgate was stolen and two failure to pay for merchandise thefts—one in the 200 block of I-45 South and the other also in the 200 block of I-45 South. Darrian Lomax was arrested for aggravated assault and assault in family violence in the 600 block of Hutson Lane. Andrea Crawford was arrested for aggravated assault in the 1600 block of 10th Street.
On Saturday, in the 2700 block of 11th Street, a known person assaulted another person and damaged property. Two thefts were reported: one in the 200 block of I-45 and the other in the 100 block of I-45 South where an unknown suspect scammed another person for money. In the 100 block of I-45 South, Michael Wilson was cited for theft and released. Kyle Little was cited and released for trespassing in the 200 block of I-45 South.
On Sunday, an assault was investigated in the 2800 block of Lake Road. In the 600 block of Hutson Lane, Chassidy Barnett was arrested for assault in family violence and interfering. At the same address, Luis Martinez was arrested for assault in family violence. In the 1400 block of 11th Street, Terron Gambrell was arrested for criminal trespass.
On Monday, in an aggravated robbery case, in the 200 block of Highway 75 North, a known suspect attempted to rob a victim and was subsequently shot by the victim. In the 1000 block of Avenue J, a known suspect recorded a victim while engaged in sexual activity without consent. In an assault case in the 900 block of Thomason Street, a known suspect knowingly transmitted an STD. On Memorial Parkway, an unknown suspect sexually assaulted a victim. In the 1400 block of 7th Street, Giovanni Ponce and Jasmine Reyes were arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
On Tuesday, a known suspect assaulted her ex-roomate in the 2500 block of Avenue M. In the 2600 block of El Toro a known suspect impeded breath on one victim and injured a child.
