The Courier of Montgomery County reports that in following an order to do so by Judge John Delaney, the city of Conroe has accepted a petition from the Conroe Professional Fire Fighters Association to put collective bargaining on the May ballot.
Collective bargaining is the method by which a union negotiates conditions of employment and terms of labor. It includes pay and benefits.
