In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past several days.
On Saturday, in the 2100 block of Sycamore Avenue, an unknown suspect entered a vehicle and stole a firearm. A theft was reported in the 2400 block of Montgomery Road. In the 100 block of I-45 South, Craig Dupree was arrested for theft with a previous conviction and possession of marijuana.
On Sunday, in the 100 block of Avenue D. in a domestic case two known people touched each other in an offensive manner. In the 100 block of Memorial Hospital Drive, narcotics were found and turned into the PD. In the 3300 block of Thornwood Way, known suspects confined a dog in a cruel manner resulting in death. In the 100 block of Ross Street, a possibly known suspect stole money from a victim using deception. A known suspect assaulted the complainant in the 500 block of 11th Street. Clinton Burnett was arrested for burglary of a habitation and violating bond conditions in the 1100 block of Holly Springs Drive. Peggy Wallace and Joseph Gray were arrested for theft in the 300 block of Highway 75 North. Elieser Escobedo was arrested for DWI previous conviction and unlawful carrying of a weapon in the 2300 block of Sam Houston Avenue. In the 2500 block of Lake Road, Howard Barry Goldberg was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a peace officer and resisting arrest. In the 5000 block of Sam Houston, Kenneth O’Bryant was arrested on 3 counts of delivery of a controlled substance, evading with a vehicle, tampering, prohibited substance in a correctional facility, possession of marijuana, resisting and interfering. At the same address, Cory Bryant was arrested on 2 counts of delivery of a controlled substance, tampering, resisting, interfering, possession of marijuana and no seatbelt.
On Monday, Jeffrey Reynaert was arrested for possession of a controlled substance at State Highway 19 and Old Colony Road. In the 2400 block of Montgomery Road, Trevion Williams was arrested for theft of a firearm and violation of a protective order. At the same address, Julica Morning was arrested for several Walker County and Montgomery County warrants.
