Following the Huntsville City Council’s Tuesday night closed session, Mayor Russell Humphrey commented and Mayor Pro Tem Vicki McKenzie announced the choice for the new Huntsville City Manager.
Scott Swigert is the current city manager for Cleveland, Texas.
