In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the weekend:
Last Friday, in the 1500 block of 11th Street, an unknown suspect threatened a victim with a firearm. In the 3400 block of Boettcher Drive, Martin Deshawn Sherwood Jr. was arrested for possession of marijuana in a drug free zone. In the 600 block of I-45 South, Bryce Alexander Bussey was arrested on Polk County warrants for sexual assault and sexual assault of a child. In the 2200 block of Sycamore Avenue, Devonte Byrd was arrested for aggravated assault with a gun.
On Saturday, a possibly known suspect assaulted a victim in the 1000 block of 12th Street. In the 400 block of Hickory, Kaiden Arnold was arrested for theft of a firearm.
On Sunday, in the 1700 block of State Highway 30 East, a known suspect assaulted a victim causing possible serious bodily injury, and used a vehicle as a deadly weapon. In the 600 block of Hayman Street, a known suspect took property from a victim and refused to pay. In the 7200 block of State Highway 75 South, a known suspect endangered a child. In the 100 block of I-45 South, Olan Martin was arrested on an HPD warrant for theft. In the 1200 block of Goodrich Drive, Brenda Lizette Zavala was arrested for criminal trespass and possession of marijuana. In the 1100 block of 11th Street, Jose Calderon Aguilera was arrested for possession of marijuana.
