In Walker County Commissioners’ Court this week, commissioners discussed taking action on the remodeling at the Senior Center of Walker County.
Senior Center President Bart Davis addressed the court on the matter.
Commissioner Daugette commented that a “fire alarm system is in the building. We’re looking at rebuilding stuff like that.” He wanted to make sure that the right County officials get together with Bart Davis and his people as “a part of that process.”Mr. Davis told Commissioner Daugette:
Commissioner Daugette made a motion for “the Senior Center to presume their remodeling investigations and to consult with County staff regarding the placement of the fire alarm system.”
Commissioners approved.
