Community Impact has passed along ten commercial projects that will be coming to Montgomery and Magnolia in 2024.
–Krawfish Kai Restaurant offers Cajun pasta, fried seafood and crawfish etouffee. It’s estimated that it will open in mid-January at 14335 Liberty Street in Montgomery.
–Lone Star Sports Zone features training for baseball and softball players in a two-story facility indoors. It will be opening on March 1st at 1304 Sendera Ranch Drive in Magnolia.
–Clearwater Express Wash offers car washes from $19.99 to $39.99. It opens this month at 14667 Highway 105 West in Montgomery.
–Ten Zen, an upmarket sushi restaurant featuring fresh sushi, Japanese and American wagyu, sushimi and steak and seafood dishes. It’s opening this month at Pine Market, 791 Fish Creek Thoroughfare in Montgomery.
–Tailgators Pub & Grill featuring a restaurant and full bar with a large patio with a view of Lake Conroe. Their menu includes Cajun dishes, wings, and burgers. It opens this year at 15295 Highway 105 West in Montgomery.
–Orioli’s Cucina Italiana offers Italian food made from original ingredients, steaks, pastas and fresh-baked bread. They’ll open in the spring at 791 Fish Creek Thoroughfare in Montgomery.
–Twisted Parrot Luxury RV Park offers a resort-style setting with a family pool, a private lake, and on-site restaurant. They open May 24th at 15075 Walden Road in Montgomery.
–Discount Tire features wheels, tires and accessories for vehicles. They will open in the summer at 20270 Eva Street in Montgomery.
–Bodybar Pilates, in a spa-like atmosphere, helps customers concentrate on toning, strength and modern movement. They will be opening this month at 900 New Day Avenue, Suite 1100 in Montgomery.
–Black Rock Coffee Bar offers premium roasted coffees, smoothies, energy drinks and teas. They will open in the first quarter of this year at 18784 Highway 105 West in Montgomery.
