Community Impact reports that on the first of the month Signorelli Company announced that in the master-planned community of Granger Pines, at 17190 FM 3083 in Conroe, Legend Homes will be another home builder.
According to their press release, First American Homes and Century Communities will be building alongside Legend Homes. With prices starting in the mid $200,000’s, Legend will have ten different floor plans available. This fall the model home will be set up.
With around 1,300 homes planned, Granger Pines takes in 460 acres. Over 200 single-family home sites are planned in the first phase. It is located within the boundaries of Conroe ISD, and Hope Elementary is an on-site school.
In their build to rent section, the new community offers, of course, new homes for rent. The Village at Granger Pines finished construction on their first offering of rental homes and began leasing to tenants in June of 2022. The Village at Granger Pines, earlier this month, had 22 homes for lease.
Century Communities has completed and opened their model home at Granger Pines. A model home has been completed by First America Homes and another is under construction.
