In Huntsville Police news, over the past several days:
On Saturday, known suspects assaulted each other in the 500 block of Cline Street. A known person assaulted another person by offensive touch in the 2400 block of Lake Road. In the 7200 block of Colonel Etheridge, a known suspect possibly sexually assaulted a victim. In the 2400 block of Montgomery Road, Deon Banks was arrested for possession of marijuana and minor in possession. In the 200 block of I-45 South, Robert Castro was arrested for theft and Ladner Cerquiera was arrested for theft and evading. In the 1300 block of Smither, Dallas Day was arrested for Murder. In the 2000 block of 19th Street, Charles Owens was arrested for assault in family violence—impeding breath.
On Sunday, a known suspect assaulted a person in the 2400 block of Pine Shadows.
On Monday, property was reported stolen in the 2000 block of Avenue O. In the 2600 block of 11th Street, a known suspect was found to be in possession of a controlled substance after a K9 alert on a vehicle. In the 7500 block of State Highway 75 South, Oliver Barcenas was arrested for fleeing and an out-of-county warrant.
On Tuesday, unknown suspects took property without making a payment in the 200 block of I-45 South. At 22nd Street and Sam Houston Avenue, David Michael Manhart was arrested for continuous violence against the family and violation of a bond/protective order. Ephraim Sibo was arrested for fleeing a police officer in the 1200 block of 11th Street.
