Taking a look at a new complex and some places for summer fun in Montgomery County, Community Impact reports that the first multifamily complex in Woodforest, The Vic at Woodforest, is open and has started leasing. Nine floor plans are offered which include one to two bedroom options and studios. The complex is located at 1800 Central Pine Street in Montgomery.
Monthly leases go from $1,209 to $2,493 monthly. Stainless steel appliances in the units include washers, dryers and refrigerators. Amenities for residents include a lobby cafe, fitness center, podcast studio and 24-hour resident center. Still under construction are a beer garden, pickleball court and dog park.
Pools, parks and splash pads are open. There’s a splash pad at Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Park at 1001 MLK Place South in Conroe. The Conroe Water Park is located at 1207 Candy Lane with children’s wading pool and water slides for guests over 48 inches. The Conroe Aquatic Center is at 1205 Candy Lane and features two instructional pools. The Oscar Johnson Jr. Community Center Pool is at 100 Park Place in Conroe, featuring a pool, mushroom spray and water slide. The Westside Pool is at 10245 Owen Drive in Conroe offering recreational and lap swim pools. And, the Unity Park Splash Pad is located at 19450 Unity Park Drive in Magnolia.
