Work on various City facilities projects in Huntsville has been underway. At this week’s regular session of the Huntsville City Council, Assistant City Manager Sam Masiel gave an update of the projects. We’ve excerpted some of the updates for presentation here.
Regarding the MLK Community Center, Mr. Masiel passed along:
It’s currently projected to be on budget.
Regarding the City Service Center:
This project was expected to be over budget due to a generator expense at this time.
And finally, in regard to the long-awaited animal control facility:
The project is expected to be on budget.
