Community Impact recently reported new businesses and renovations in progress, or coming to Conroe or Montgomery, as filed in the last couple of weeks at the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
New construction was slated to have gotten underway the first of this month and is scheduled to continue through January 31st 2024 for Woodforest National Bank at 743 Fish Creek Thoroughfare in Montgomery. The estimated cost is $759,600.
Alteration and renovation was scheduled to have gotten underway on the first of May of this year and be completed by July 1st of this year for Tuscany Italian Grill at 1259 Grand Central Parkway, Suite 100, in Conroe. The estimated cost is $200,000.
New construction is slated to get underway for Petsuites of America at 2615 FM 1488 in Conroe on July 3rd and reach completion on February 5th, 2024. The estimatd cost is $2.8 million.
Renovation and alteration is scheduled to get underway for Wendy’s at 1109 League Line Road in Conroe on June 5th of this year and to be completed by July 20th, 2023. The estimated cost is $500,000,
New construction is scheduled to start for the Simonton Cable Building at 150 North Main Street in Conroe on July 1st this year and continue through June 1st, 2024. The estimate cost $5 million.
