Huntsville’s March 30th Job Fair at the Visitor Center turned out to be a great success. At this week’s regular session of the Huntsville City Council, City Human Resources Director Darren Drastata told councilmembers:
Mr. Drastata said they’ve hired 12, so far, and are still interviewing people. He said the job vacancy rate was at over 30 percent but is now only around 14%. He gave credit to Huntsville employees for their great work on the project.
