Drug abuse continues to be a problem in Walker County—especially with meth. Regarding the February 2023 Walker County Grand Jury indictment list, there were:
-Sixteen meth related indictments.
-Three for cocaine.
–Three for marijuana.
–One for LSD.
–Two for Oxycodone.
–One for PCP.
