Huntsville holds a special place in Eli Young Band’s history. Before “Crazy Girl,” “Even If It Breaks Your Heart,” and “Drunk Last Night” became solid country hits, the band released a live album. This Friday, October 30, at 7 pm, the band returns to The Jolly Fox to celebrate the 20th anniversary of “Live at The Jolly Fox,” the album that put a little bit of Huntsville into their catalog. For fans who followed them back then, this weekend is a chance to revisit those early days. For newer fans, it’s a connection to Huntsville they might not know. Our Huntsville community is part of the band’s story, and 20 years later, they’re returning to the same venue to honor it. The Jolly Fox is at 2504 Sam Houston Avenue. Friday’s event is listed for 7 pm.
