The Courier of Montgomery County reports that more than 2,700 new homes in residential developments are planned for Montgomery County.
Section 5 is being added to Lexington Heights on the development near Willis. They will offer 89 lots on 21 acres.
With Section 2, Ellison Development is expanding Williams Reserve East in Conroe. They will offer 260 lots on 50 acres.
For ages 55 and up, Chambers Creek, a Del Webb community, is moving forward with sections 13 and 14. The expansion offers 123 lots on 38 acres.
Bringing the first section of Saddle Village in Conroe, is Ellison Development with 203 lots on 23 acres.
Bear Village near Conroe is being worked on by Ellison Development, with Section 1 encompassing 31 acres and 207 single-family lots.
Two Step Farms, a master-planned community, is adding section 9 to the development on FM 1488. The new section offers 116 lots on 30 acres.
A new residential home community, Decker Cove by Long Lake Limited on Decker Prairie Rosehill Road, is offering section 1 with 55 lots on 18 acres.
In Magnolia, Spring Creek Trails is adding sections 4, 5, and 8 to the development. All together the section will offer 236 lots on 65 acres.
Rausch Coleman Homes in Magnolia is developing Moore Landing on 52 acres off FM 1488 near Moore Road. Section 3 will offer 109 lots on 18 acres.
A development in Montgomery, Grand Lakes Estates is adding Section 13 to its development. The new section will offer 148 lots on 200 acres.
In Magnolia, Glen Oaks is expanding to Section 7 and will add 187 lots on 47.7 acres.
Section 8 will soon be under construction by Escondido that will add 100 lots on 20 acres. A 150-acre master-planned community in Magnolia is being offered by Escondido.
