IT’S THE 60TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PLAYERS THEATRE COMPANY

The Courier of Montgomery County reports that its the 60^th Anniversary Season for 2026-27 for the Players Theatre Company at the Owen Theatre in Conroe. They call it “Legacy & Revelations.”

With beloved classics and powerful contemporary works the season honors the company’s rich history.

The Players Artistic Director Casey Burden said, “We are honoring the stories and artists who built this theatre while investing in new voices, new skills and new ways of creating.”

In 2026:

August 14^th through 30^th , the Players will present How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.

September 18^th through October 4^th, Silent Sky will be presented.

December 4^th through 20^th, Miracle on 34^th Street: The Musical runs.

January 15^th through 31^st, The Mountaintop will be offered on stage.

February 26^th through March 14^th, Come From Away comes to the theatre.

April 9^th through 25^th, Nunsense will be presented.

May 21^st through June 6^th, Forever Plaid is scheduled.
