At this week’s regular session of the Huntsville City Council, Public Works Director Kim Kimbro addressed the council on authorizing the City Manager to award a purchasing contract for the rehabilitation of the Two Million Gallon Elevated Storage Tank located at the Palm Street Water Plant.
