According to the Huntsville Police Department, yesterday detectives obtained a search warrant for a local smoke shop as a part of a coordinated law enforcement operation resulting from a month-long investigation into narcotics trafficking.
The Huntsville PD SWAT Team executed the search warrant and as a result of the operation, Dustin McMullen was charged with two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 2 4G<400G and Possession of Marijuana 4oz<5lbs. McMullen is also pending additional charges in San Jacinto County after a search warrant was executed at his residence.
