In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past few days:
Last Friday, in the 100 block of Colonel Etheredge Boulevard, a known suspect harassed a person by phone. In the 2500 block of Lake Road, unknown suspects took a victim’s mail. Theft of property by a known person was investigated on 10th Street. In the 1100 block of 14th Street, Pedro Rodriguez was arrested for possession of a fictitious I-D, possession of marijuana and minor in possession of alcohol.
On Saturday, in the 2500 block of Sam Houston Avenue, David Morales was arrested for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia. Then later, in the 600 block of FM 2821 West at the County Jail, he was arrested for prohibited item in a penal institution and possession of controlled substance. At the 118 mile marker on I -45 north bound, Chase Vervalin was arrested for DWI 3rd or more. Later, at the County Jail, he was arrested on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drug and prohibited item in a penal institution.
On Sunday, two thefts were reported—one at Raising Canes on I-45 South and another at Walmart.
