Yoga for Seniors

Coming in February and continuing through April the H.E.A.R.T.S. Veterans Museum will be hosting Yoga for Seniors. These classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at 2pm and the museum, and classes will last 30-45 minutes. These classes are free – and you only need to do what you feel comfortable doing.
