In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past several days:
On Friday, a vehicle burglary was investigated in the 100 block of I-45 North. A vehicle was reported stolen in the 3200 block of State Highway 30 West. A known suspect trespassed at a business in the 1700 block of 11th Street. In the 600 block of Avenue J, a possibly known suspect tampered with a government record. A theft was investigated in the 600 block of Highway 75 North. An unknown suspect deceived a person of money in the 500 block of FM 2821 West. In a criminal trespass case, in the 2700 block of 11th Street, Lucas Luna was arrested for failure to ID false fictitious info. In the 2700 block of 11th Street, Nakia Ashley was arrested for theft with previous convictions. In the 100 block of Ravenwood Village Drive, Dorian Friend was arrested for burglary of a habitation and evading arrest or detention. In the 2600 block of Montgomery Road, Fernando Guerrero was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a controlled substance.
On Saturday, in a case of aggravated assault in the 1900 block of State Highway 30 East a known suspect displayed a firearm during an altercation. Property was reported stolen in the 1500 block of 11th Street. In the 2800 block of Lake Road, a known suspect threatened a person. In a case of criminal mischief, a known suspect damaged property in the 2200 block of Bobby K. Marks Drive.
On Sunday, in a domestic-in-progress, in the 900 block of Birmingham, a known suspect assaulted a family member. In a fight-in-progress in the 2500 block of Sam Houston Avenue, known and unknown suspects assaulted one another. In the 1400 block of University Avenue, an unknown suspect forced entry into a building. A theft was investigated in the 100 block of Colonel Etheredge. In an aggravated assault in the 3300 block of Powell, as known suspect pointed a firearm at a person. In the 100 block of Avenue D, a known suspect assaulted a family member by offensive touch.
