The Board of Managers of the Walker County Hospital District will hold their regular meeting, open to the public, this evening at six in the sixth floor Blalock Conference Room at the First National Bank in Huntsville.
Those who wish to address the Board of Managers are asked to register prior to the meeting being called to order.
Board members will hear comments and reports from the Huntsville Community Hospital Administration.
From Heinemann and Company, Ken Davis will present the District’s Audit for approval.
Board members will also review and consider approving monthly financial reports and monthly bills.
In Executive session, they will discuss a potential real estate transaction. They will reconvene in Open Session to discuss any potential action.
