In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past few days:
On Monday, at the 112 mile marker on I-45, Quincy Nieves (nee-A-vis) was arrested for possession of marijuana and DWI. A vehicle was burglarized in the 600 block of State Highway 75 North. A trailer was reported stolen in the 900 block of I-45 South. In the 100 block of Ross Street, an unknown person intentionally started a residential fire. In the 600 block of FM 2821 West, Huntsville PD assisted the Sheriff’s office with a combative person in the jail. In the 400 block of Sam Houston Avenue, known persons endangered a child—CPS was notified.
On Tuesday, a vehicle was burglarized in the 3000 block of Sam Houston Avenue. In the 500 block of FM 2821, a juvenile was detained for pulling a fire alarm station, causing the high school to be evacuated.
On Wednesday, a vehicle burglary was investigated in the 2600 block of El Toro. A person reportedly threatened another person in the 100 block of Ravenwood Village Drive. Reported in the 6000 block of State Highway 75 South, a known person posted explicit photos of their victim. A vehicle burglary was investigated in the 2500 block of Pine Shadows Drive.
