Here’s a look at Huntsville Police news over the past couple of days:
On Wednesday, several arrests were reported in the 600 block of State Highway 30 East–Kevin Butler was arrested for tampering with evidence, evading on foot and an out-of-county warrant for theft. Markel Collins was arrested for an out-of-county arrest for theft and on municipal warrants. A known juvenile was arrested for evading on foot and theft. In the 1000 block of MLK Drive, Latydrick Jackson was arrested for possession of marijuana and fleeing. Sierra Mendez was arrested in the 1200 block of Josey Street for assault in family violence and offensive touch. Simon Slaughter was arrest for possession of a controlled substance in the 2400 block of Avenue I.
On Thursday, in the 600 block of I-45 South, a person falsified a urinalysis. A known suspect damaged a victim’s property in the 900 block of Lincoln.
