At this week’s regular session of Walker County Commissioners Court, commissioners continued to move forward on an interlocal agreement between Walker County and the Walker County Services District #1.
Walker County Emergency Services District #1 Board President Lisa Olson, with the aid of a map, showed the proposed location of where future ambulance services would be housed.
County Emergency Medical Services Director Rachel Parker also addressed commissioners on some of the costs.
In a final estimate, Ms. Parker put it at $1 million. Commissioner Daugette made a motion on the agreement.
Commissioners approved.
