This morning at 5:15 AM the Walker County Communications Center reported 2929 at Hardy Bottom closed due to high water. No roads were reported closed due to storm damage.
Click 2 Houston reports that yesterday, Sunday, as strong storms went through Walker County and a tornado was reported, a roof structure came off and landed nearer a feeder road. Yesterday, in the 2200 block of the West Feeder Road near New Waverly, Walker County Precinct 3 Deputies were called to the scene to help with traffic control and damage assessment.
Also, yesterday, Sunday, on the I-45 Frontage Road between Park Road 40 and FM 1374 in the county, a power pole fell on the road.
