Community Impact has recently passed along several new businesses, planned businesses or renovations for them in the Montgomery County area.
They include:
–McAlister’s Deli which will be under renovation April 8th through July 8th at 12312 I-45 North, Suite 500, in Willis, at an estimated cost of $300,000.
–Popeye’s renovation April 1, 2024 through April 1, 2025 at 1000 West Montgomery Street in Willis at an estimated cost of $450,000.
–Gated Rental Willis site work for a new RV park which will be under construction now through October 31st at 11203 Lewis Creek Circle in Willis at an estimated cost of $9.2 million.
–Edison 55 at Woodforest, a four story apartment building, which will be under new construction March 1, 2024 through August 1, 2025, East of Central Street and West of Riverbend Crossing in Montgomery, at a cost of $50 million.
— Montgomery High School construction and renovations from now through August 29, 2025 at 22825 Highway 105 in West Montgomery at an estimated cost of $25.87 million.
–Sherwin Williams’ new construction now through August 31st, 2024 at 20255 Eva Street in Montgomery at an estimated cost of $610,000.
–Pure Holistic Dental’s renovation from February 29th through May 31st at 4507 West Davis Street Suite 170 in Conroe at an estimated cost of $318,000.
