In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past several days:
On Friday, in the 2800 block of Lake Road, a known suspect forced entry into a residence intending to commit assault. In the 200 block of I-45 South, an unknown person exposed themselves. Unknown suspects burglarized a vehicle in the 100 block of I-45 North.
On Saturday, in the 2000 block Avenue Q, an unknown suspect took a check out of a person’s mail. A vehicle was burglarized at 13th Street and Avenue Q.
On Sunday, at I-45 South and the 119 mile marker, Huntsville PD assisted with a vehicle and possession of marijuana arrest. Two vehicle burglaries were reported—one in the 1300 block of Smither and the other 200 block of State Highway 75 North.
On Monday, a person was assaulted in the 500 block of Julia Avenue. In the 3200 block of Old Houston Road, a known suspect damaged the ashes of a corpse.
On Tuesday, a trailer was reported stolen in the 7100 block of State Highway 75 South. In the 200 block of I-45 North, an unknown person stole a trailer hitch off a truck. An assault was investigated in the 200 block of I-45 South.
