In Huntsville Police news, looking back over several days:
On Saturday, in a case of aggravated assault in the 40 block of Mary Estill, a known suspect cut a victim with a knife. A vehicle was reported stolen in the 1400 block of 13th Street. In a case of deadly conduct, in the 2800 block of Lake Road, an unknown suspect fired a gun in the direction of an apartment building.
On Sunday, a report of possible indecency with a child was reported in the 2800 block of Lake Road. In a case of criminal mischief, property was damaged in the 200 block of Wanza Road. A known suspect sexually assaulted a victim in the 2200 block of Bobby K. Marks. A vehicle burglary, which included credit cards that were used, occurred in the 500 block of Bowers Boulevard. An unknown suspect sexually assaulted a person in the 1500 block of 11th Street. A vehicle burglary was investigated in the 100 block of Avenue J. A residential burglary was reported in the 1200 block of Josey. In the 200 block of Wanza, Paola Ferrufino was arrested for a prohibited weapon.
On Monday, a theft was reported in the 1200 block of 20th Street. A vehicle was reported stolen in the 2500 block of Avenue M. A firearm was stolen from a vehicle in the 900 block of River Oaks. Money was reported stolen in the 1700 block of 17th Street. A vehicle was stolen in the 1300 block of Avenue C. In a case of aggravated assault in the 1000 block of MLK, an unknown suspect threatened a person with a firearm. In the 1000 block of Avenue J, Deon Blanks was arrested for burglary. In the 700 block of Avenue G, Clarence Clemons was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance. In the 2100 block of Avenue J, Gerard Martin was arrested for evading, failure to ID as a fugitive, traffic offenses and several warrants.
On Tuesday, a firearm was stolen from a vehicle in the 2300 block of Avenue S. In the 2800 block of Lake Road, a possibly known suspect shot a victim who was later transported.
