In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past several days:
On Saturday, in the 2200 block of Sam Houston Avenue, in a robbery, a known suspect assaulted a victim and demanded money. In the 100 block of Earl Road, unknown suspects stole a vehicle. A vehicle burglary was investigated in the 1300 block of 20th Street. In the 600 block of 1st Street, Roman Castro was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
On Sunday, in the 2200 block of Bobby K. Marks, a known suspect assaulted a victim with a chemical dispensing device. A vehicle burglary was investigated in the 1500 block of 11th Street. A vehicle was reported stolen in the 200 block of Highway 75 North. In the 1500 block of 11th Street, Christian Rosbach was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest. In the 1300 block of Avenue C, Noe Cepeda was arrested for deadly conduct in the discharge of a firearm, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a controlled substance, violating bond conditions, tampering with evidence and resisting arrest.
On Monday, a trailer and tractor were reported stolen in the 600 block of I-45 South. In the 600 block of Highway 75 North, an unknown suspect stole a trailer. In a burglary case, in the 2300 block of Sam Houston, an unknown suspect forcibly entered an apartment and assaulted a person. In the 500 block of FM 2821, Landon Cano was arrested for theft–possession of stolen property.
On Tuesday, in the 600 block of State Highway 75 North, a tractor trailer loaded with lumber was stolen. Money was reported stolen in the 2800 block of Lake Road and in the 600 block of 11th Street. A vehicle burglary was investigated in the 1500 block of 11th Street. A vehicle was reported stolen in the 100 block of I-45 North. In the 500 block of FM 2821, Cameron Rex was arrested for assault to cause bodily injury.
