At this Monday’s session of Walker County Commissioners’ Court, commissioners looked at the purchase and development of an Emergency Management App.
The representative from the OCV company regarding an app site was retired Lt. Storey L Sherouse, who addressed commissioners on the app.
Lt. Sherouse passed along a more detailed list of examples the app could be used for. The cost for the app is $15,000 for the first year and $8,000 a year thereafter.
No decision was made. Commissioner Daugette asked for a reference list of clients.
