At this week’s regular session of the Huntsville City Council, Director of Development Services Kevin Byal addressed councilmembers during a public hearing in a slide presentation regarding the amending of Article 8 on signs in the Huntsville Development Code to revise Prohibited Signs.
He added that, “We do have language in there that it’s not going to prohibit whether it’s one of our local plumber or electrician trucks that they’re advertising there business on.”
During the Statutory Agenda, the Code amendment was approved.
