At the last Huntsville City Council session, Attorney Andrew Vaughn addressed councilmembers on considering an ordinance approving the petition for Consent to the creation of Huntsville Municipal Utility District No. 3 on Veterans Boulevard south of Smither Road submitted by Gibbs Brothers and Company and Robinson Gibbs. Councilmembers approved the petition for the MUD.
Attorney Vaughn explained.
In the future plans are a waterworks system, sanitary sewer system and drainage and storm sewer system. The systems will be developed for future single family residential, multifamily and commercial properties.
