In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past few days:
Last Thursday, in the 2700 block of Sam Houston Avenue, Charles Paige was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs and municipal court warrants. In the 2500 block of Lake Road, Frederick McKnight was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, tampering and possession of marijuana. Jonathan Wayne Guynes was arrested in the 1500 block of 11th Street for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
On Friday, in the 5000 block of Sam Houston Avenue unknown suspects took wheels off a vehicle without permission. In the 2400 block of Sam Houston, a possibly known suspect took property by deception. As reported in the 1000 block of Fish Hatchery, an unknown suspect used a victim’s credit card without permission. In a case of criminal mischief, an unknown suspect damaged a victim’s vehicle in the 1900 block of Quality Boulevard.
On Saturday, a known suspect sexually assaulted a person in the 500 block of FM 2821 West. In the 2200 block of Sam Houston Avenue, Jeanne Young was arrested for robbery. John Carroll was arrested for assault in the 800 block of Meadow Lane. In the 2600 block of El Toro, Laderian McGowan was arrested for violation of a bond/protective order.
On Sunday, a known suspect paid for services with counterfeit currency in the 600 block of I-45. As reported in the 4000 block of Old Colony Road, an unknown suspect used the victim’s credit card information without consent. In the 2400 block of Lake Road, Ryan Peay was arrested for assault to cause bodily injury of a family member.
On Monday, In the 1300 block of Smither Drive, Courtney Buckner was arrested for assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
