At this week’s Huntsville City Council session, a public hearing was held for a conditional use permit for a convenience store/fuel station located at 404 I-45 South in the city limits.
Several local citizens addressed the council in opposition to the facility.
For example, Teresa Robinson told councilmembers about the neighborhood near the proposed facility and her objections.
Councilmembers agreed on a motion to deny the construction of the facility. Earlier, the City’s planning commission had not approved it.
