In order to avoid large price increases of 125% in tariffs ahead, the City of Huntsville IT department recommended purchasing personal computers and network and virtualization hardware now at this week’s Huntsville City Council session.
IT Director Bill Wavra informed councilmembers.
Purchasing the equipment ahead of the deadline was approved by councilmembers.
