At this week’s session of the Huntsville ISD Board of Trustees, Dr. Nkrumah Dixon made a presentation on approving elementary boundary changes to relieve overcrowding at Samuel Walker Houston Elementary.
He presented a new recommendation to balance out the elementary populations.
