Texas Governor Greg Abbott is moving in the direction of increasing teachers pay.
At his State-of-the-State address Governor Abbott said.
Other emergency items he announced regarded Texas cyber command, education savings account, bail reform, school choice, expansion of career training, Texas-Size investment in water and property tax relief.
