A swearing-in ceremony was conducted for Walker County officials Wednesday at the Walker County Courthouse third floor District Courtroom.
The swearing in of elected officials included:
David W. Moorman for 12th Judicial District Judge, Clint McRae for Sheriff, Diana McRae for Tax Assessor-Collector, Danny Kuykendall for Precinct 1 Commissioner, Bill Daugette for Precinct 3 Commissioner, John Hooks for Precinct 1 Constable, Shane Loosier for Precinct 2 Constable, Steve Hill for Precinct 3 Constable, Gene Bartee for Precinct 4 Constable.
The swearing in of appointed officials included:
Tracy Sorensen for 278th Judicial District Judge and John Gaines for County Court at Law Jud
