On Thursday, November 21, 2024, Walker County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team along with Huntsville Police Department SWAT responded to the 1000 block of Harrell Road in Coldspring,Texas located in San Jacinto County to execute a search warrant.
Upon the execution of the search warrant, a number of illegal narcotics were found in the residence along with three firearms. Four individuals were arrested and taken into custody.
Seventy-year-old, William Johnson was arrested for Evading Arrest Detention, Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance (first degree felony), Delivery of Marijuana Penalty Group 1 (first degree felony), 2 counts of Manufacturing/ Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2 (first degree felony), Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 (2nd degree felony) and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon. Thirty-eight-year-old, Tyler Beaver was arrested for Evading Arrest Detention. Forty-one-year-old, Tiffany Martinez was arrested for Evading Arrest Detention and three out-of -county Warrants out of San Jacinto County. Thirty-four-year-sold, Tamara Cox was arrested on out-of-county warrants out of Trinity County.
