KBTX Channel 3 reports that in connection to a fire at the Sign Shop on Smither Drive and I-45 in Huntsville on June 2, Huntsville PD has made an arrest.
Evidence was found that the fire was set intentionally.
Fifty-one-year-old Paul Kinser has been identified as a person of interest in the case. Authorities have gained enough information to charge him with second-degree felony Arson. He was transported to the Walker County Jail.
