Community Impact has passed along a couple of new places in Conroe.
First of all, a new location for a Barnes & Noble has been opened in Conroe. It opened July 17th. The store is located at 29201 I-45 North. The new store will offer a B&N Cafe, a large collection of books, and games, gifts and toys. Their website is located at barnesandnoble.com.
Barnes & Noble has a retail presence in every state, with approximately 600 book stores.
Also, according to their July 15th news release, Meadow Park is a new neighborhood of single-family homes. They’re located at 14793 Ascot Bend Circle in Conroe. Houston-based homebuilder First America Homes is the developer. New homes will start off from the $220,000s.
Meadow Park homes will offer homes from 1,364 to 2,416 square feet. They will also feature three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.
Chick-fil-A has opened a new restaurant in Conroe featuring, of course, chicken, along with salads and wraps. They’re located at 612 North Loop 336 West. They’re on the web at chick-fil-a.com.
Oishi Sushi is now open in Conroe. They feature hand-rolled sushi, soup, salad and hibachi meals. They’re located at 1205 Grand Central Parkway, Suite 900. Their website is located at oishisushiconroe.com.
