Community Impact has reported several home communities being offered in Montgomery County. Story Built Homes has construction underway in three Montgomery County communities.
They are:
–Chapel Bend at 24842 FM 1097 in Montgomery, featuring 2-acre lots
–The Harbor at Clear View Estates at 13100 Laura Lake Drive in Willis, offering three-story townhomes
–French Quarter at 10929 Bourbon Street in Willis, featuring a gated community with boat docks
The interior design company Coton House has partnered with Story Built Homes for interior projects.
Sagecrest, now open and being offered by KB Homes, is a new residential community in Conroe at 4744 Sprout Creek Court. Starting from the $230,000s, the homes will offer bedroom suites and walk-in closets and kitchens. Up to five bedroom plans and 3 ½ baths are available in one and two-story floor plans. It’s zoned for Willis ISD with nearby dining, outdoor recreation and shopping.
Tricoast Homes broke ground just last month with a new single-family development called Summer Place located on Summer Place Drive in Montgomery.
There are 67 homes in the development. Starting at $399,000 there will be six available floor plans. Homes will offer 1,979 to 2,477 square feet. Community amenities offered are pocket parks, a walking trail and turf backyards.
