At the last regular session of Walker County Commissioners Court, commissioners discussed taking action on the installation of a new camera system at the Office of Emergency Management.
Director of the County’s Maintenance Department Larry Whitener addressed commissioners on the issue. He said, “Right now, We have zero surveillance over there. We have several problems with vandalism.”
It would tie into the County’s computer system. Commissioners approved the security system cameras.
