The office of the Criminal District Attorney of Walker County has released their list of Walker County Grand Jury May 2024 Indictrments.
Looking at the drug indictments, for Huntsville PD, they include:
Claudio Alberto Alvarenga for possession of a controlled substances–Delta 9 THC.
Jason Bryan Cervantes for manufacturing delivery of a controlled substance–Fentanyl and posession of a controlled substance–cocaine.
Dohn Cory Freeman–manufacturing delivery of a controlled substance–MDMB, a synthetic cannabinoid.
Tre Terrance Gonzalez for manufacturing delivery of a controlled substance–cocaine.
Lisa Steferina Peralez for possession of a controlled substance–meth.
Oscar Vasquez Verastequi for manufacturing delivery of a controlled substance–cocaine.
For SHSU PD, they include:
Jonathan Ivan Rico for possession of a controlled substance–Delta 9 THC.
For the Walker County Sheriff’s Office, they include:
Amanda Anderson for possession of a controlled substance–Meth.
Shelia Carlow for manufacturing delivery of a controlled substance–Meth.
Andy Cooper for possession of a controlled substance–Meth.
